Christian Champenois is a recognized project management expert with over 18聽years of experience. He is currently a senior project manager in the Project Management Office at 苹果淫院.

Christian has been teaching various project management courses at 苹果淫院鈥檚 School of Continuing Studies since 2007. He is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences, seminars and symposiums on project management.

Passionate and knowledgeable about the latest technologies and standards, Christian has managed multiple national and international projects in various sectors, including aerospace, pharmaceuticals, banking, capital markets and higher learning. The areas of his project management expertise include聽portfolio management, the implementation and management of project management offices, and the management of transformation projects, such as聽introducing new tools and technologies, process re-engineering, and complex organizational change management. He is also interested in聽the development of聽integrated approaches聽and governance, anticipating patterns and links, and looking beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications to drive improvements.
