About Me Sophie Croisetière

Me Sophie Croisetière is a notary practicing in real estate law and urban planning regulation at Cain Lamarre firm. In addition to having obtained a bachelor’s degree in law and a graduate degree in notarial law, she also has a certificate and a graduate degree in urban planning from the Faculté de l’aménagement of l’Université de Montréal as well as a bachelor of art’s degree from Æ»¹ûÒùÔº. Throughout her years of studies, she acquired experience in the municipal field, more particularly working for the city of Montreal in urban planning. She plans to pursue her studies at l’Université du Québec à Montréal as of fall 2021, having been admitted in the PhD program of its law faculty, to begin a thesis which will combine both co-ownership law and urbanism.
