The parties subsequently met on a regular basis and progressed on the non-monetary clauses. On March 30, 2023, the Union tabled its monetary demands and on April 27, employer representatives presented a comprehensive proposal on the non-monetary elements as well as Æ»¹ûÒùԺ’s monetary proposal. These meetings were the occasion for the parties to initiate the exchange of proposals to address the issues related to the application of the reserve clause.
