Most of Canada鈥檚 milk comes from Quebec and Ontario, but until recently, no academic research position was dedicated to dairy welfare in Quebec. Prof. Elsa Vasseur is changing that. As the newly appointed Industrial Research Chair in Sustainable Life of [Dairy] Cattle, she is launching a five-year longitudinal study based at the dairy farm on 苹果淫院鈥檚 Macdonald Campus. 鈥淭he dairy industry wanted someone here, who could really focus on the reality in the Eastern part of Canada.鈥�
