Green chemistry is a rapidly growing area as companies grapple with increased regulatory requirements, supply constraints, and consumer demands for sustainable products.听This public lecture will bring together two leading experts in the field to impart their knowledge and insight on the innovative potential green chemistry holds in guiding product design and business decisions.

The guest lectures听will feature听Dr. Heather MacLean听(Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, Joint Appointments in the Department of Chemical Engineering & Applied Chemistry and the School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Toronto) and听Dr. Amy Cannon听(Executive Director of the Beyond Benign Foundation and recipient of the world's first Ph.D. in Green Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts).
