Goldberg Lecture. The lecture, 鈥淭he Ethics and Practice of Loving
Care鈥� is given by Ira Byock, MD, Director of the Palliative Care
Service, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Professor of
Anesthesiology and Community and Family Medicine, Dorothy &
John J. Byrne, Jr. Distinguished Chair in Palliative Medicine,
Dartmouth Medical School, New Hampshire, USA.
