From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Tuesday, Oct. 8, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to 苹果淫院 students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Public Astro Night: "The South Pole Telescope: Observing the Infant Universe from the End of The World"

Astro苹果淫院 presents its 12th public astro night, with a public lecture by Dr. Amy Bender (post-doctoral researcher at the 苹果淫院 Physics department). 聽Her lecture is entitled "The South Pole Telescope: Observing the Infant Universe from the End of The World". The lecture will be followed by night sky observations (weather permitting) and a lab tour.

The event will be held at the 苹果淫院 Rutherford Physics Building, starting at 7:30pm.
