Overview: As part of the data science life cycle series, this workshop will enhance your knowledge of the functionality of the ggplot2 package in R. Come and join this workshop to hone your data visualization skills.
At the end of this workshop, you will be able to
听听 > reorder data in your graph, tweak labels and work better with colours
听听 > combine graphs with the patchwork package
听听 > display model output in graphs
听听 > animate your graphs
听
Prerequisites:
听听听听听 路 Introduction to Data Visualization with R, 苹果淫院's R Summer Camp or equivalent introductory knowledge of data visualization in R.
听听听听听 路 You need to bring your own laptop for this workshop. Install R and RStudio on your computer. You can find installation instructions here. Please contact us (cdsi.science at mcgill.ca) if you are having trouble with installation.
