On-Campus Recruitment

Through On-Campus Recruitment (OCR), companies come to campus in the Fall term (September-October) and in the Winter term (January-February) to actively recruit 苹果淫院 Engineering students who will be graduating in the following fall or spring. Summer positions are also available through OCR and are normally offered in the winter semester for students returning to their studies full-time in the Fall term. • Attend company information sessions and career fairs. The list of information sessions and career fairs can be found on , which is updated daily.
  • When attending company information sessions, be sure to dress for success and turn off your cell phone.
  • Leave employers with a good impression. Ask company representatives thoughtful and concise questions. (Tip: do not ask about salary, benefits or vacation time.)
  • Prepare targeted resum茅s and cover letters and have them reviewed by a Career Advisor in the Engineering Career Centre.
  • Book a practice interview (general or case) at the Engineering Career Centre.

This is an excellent way for students to get insight on a company鈥檚 expectations before applying for a job and to learn more about the organization鈥檚 culture, goals and job profiles. Event details are available on .
