Eligibility: Students who identify as Black or African American and are in their sophomore year of undergraduate studies. Expected graduation between December 2022 鈥� Spring 2023.
Program Description:
At PJT Partners, our success is predicated on recruiting, developing and retaining top-talent from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. Fostering an inclusive culture, which welcomes differing perspectives and beliefs, enables us to provide the best advice and insights to our clients.
Our virtual Diversity Insight Program aims to help inform, mentor, and prepare selected attendees for a career in investment banking. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the investment banking industry and the firm's culture through curated speaker series led by our senior bankers who identify as Black or African American.
Attendees of the program will also have the opportunity to be fast-tracked through the interview process for our 2022 Summer Internship Program.
