Biography:
Dr. Brian E. Robinson is an Associate Professor in the Department of Geography.聽He聽investigates environmental policy and governance, often at watershed scales, and the role these plays in development in poorer regions of the聽world. His projects focus on the well-being and ecological impacts of resource governance and policy, with fieldwork in China, Ghana, Senegal, Kenya, and Canada. His methods draw from environmental and聽development economics, development geography, ecology, and land systems聽science.聽He holds a PhD from the University of聽Wisconsin-Madison, master鈥檚 degrees聽from MIT, and a BS聽from Georgia Tech.聽
